Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have passed final year examination from an O.T School / College recognized by AIOTA.
• Candidate must have passed each examination in first attempt.
• Candidate must have secured minimum of 60% marks in the final year / semester examination and declared passed in the calendar year preceding the year in which the examination for the award is conducted.
• Application must be forwarded and recommended by the Head of School / College / Institution.

Instructions

• The original completed application should reach the Convenor, Orissa Branch of AIOTA at least two weeks before the commencement of designated National Conference of AIOTA of the corresponding year.
• Copy of the application must be forwarded to the Organizing Secretary & Chairperson / Chairman of Scientific Program Committee of the conference.
• The candidate will be screened by a written examination which will be conducted on the 2nd / 3rd day of the conference.
• The venue for the examination will be arranged by the Organizing Secretary in consultation with the Chairperson / Chairman Scientific Program Committee.
• Maximum of two candidates from each school / college / institute, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, will be permitted to appear in the examination.
• The medal and certificates will be awarded by the Chief Guest during the valedictory function of the conference.

Method Of Examination

• Question paper will contain approximately 45 Multiple Choice Questions.
• Duration of the examination will be 45 minutes.
