The FACOT is awarded to professionals in the field of Occupational Therapy for their outstanding contribution in the field of research and academics. Applications are invited by the Dean, Academic Council of Occupational Therapy (ACOT) for the awarding of Fellowship of Academic Council of Occupational Therapy.

The application should include updated bio-data and copies of the papers/books published.

The following are the guidelines:

• Scientific contribution to the profession by doing research in basic and/or related subjects to Occupational Therapy other than retrospective clinical studies.
• Publications in text book and/or indexed journals (minimum five such publications).
• Life Membership of AIOTA.

The Fellowship is awarded at the platform of the National Conference. The application must be sent to the Dean, ACOT one year in advance for scrutiny. ACOT reserves the right to award the fellowship and decision of ACOT is final.
